A couple quick points:

  • Focus on the points with the highest ROI – in other words skip cardio.
  • Eat less carbs (and more protein). I would recommend eating even more fat.
  • He focuses on a caloric deficit. I actually don’t agree. It’s not how much you eat, it’s what you eat.
  • He practices intermittent fasting.

He does prove that it’s possible to lose weight while working out less.
