A couple quick points:
- Focus on the points with the highest ROI – in other words skip cardio.
- Eat less carbs (and more protein). I would recommend eating even more fat.
- He focuses on a caloric deficit. I actually don’t agree. It’s not how much you eat, it’s what you eat.
- He practices intermittent fasting.
He does prove that it’s possible to lose weight while working out less.
